11.12.08: Practice Session - Sunday 14th Dec OFF- next one 4th Jan

Sadly due to the daily frosts we have had this week there is no chance of the track being fit for action this weekend. This means the amateur meeting due to take place on Saturday has had to be cancelled and put back seven days to Saturday 20th December. Incidentally the current forecast is for a lot of rain on Saturday so if the forecast remained the same tomorrow night we would have had to cancel anyhow. Riders and official are asked to confirm whether they are available for Saturday 20th by contacting Richard Hollingsworth on 07832-402167 (text is fine) or by e-mailing richard@scunthorpespeedway.com

Sunday's practice (14th) will not be rescheduled for 21st and the next open practice is Sunday 4th January whilst no new date has been set for the 125cc meeting on the mini-track as yet although it is hoped to be in January.
