13.11.09: Amateur Meeting put back seven days |
| Sadly, whilst the forecasts keep changing, and we might be lucky tomorrow, we have decided not to rely on luck because even if we can get through the full programme tomorrow the weather (strong wind and showers) may make it fairly unpleasant. I would say the chances of success are probably no more than 20% so we have decided to call off the meeting tonight and run it again next Saturday (same time, same place). I will start the mammoth task of contacting people now (starting with those who will be travelling the furthest). If any entrants read this message please can they text me on 07832-402167 to confirm that and whether they would like to ride next Saturday (21st November - 1pm start). Sorry it has come to this and hopefully it is the right decision, tomorrow will tell. Please note that Sunday's practice session isn't affected and will be going ahead.
