Scunthorpe Promoter Rob Godfrey is looking for a confidence-boosting win against the Glasgow Tigers at the Eddie Wright Raceway on Friday (3rd September). “It is important that we consign Monday’s result to the history books and get back to winning ways. We’d had three pretty decent results the week before and if we’d ridden like that all season we would have been in the playoffs. We need to get back to that level and take that form through to the Young Shield”.
